At Picknjoyinc, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at Picknjoyinc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For Defective/Damaged Products (Fault of Merchant): If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, shipping is entirely free. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong item or no longer want it, you will be responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
