1. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) - Monday to Friday.
- Handling/Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time it takes to process, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier.
- Transit/Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days.
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: 6.99 Usd.
- All shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at Picknjoyinc@gmail.com so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
